AmeriCU Mortgage Company Offers New Conventional Loan Products to 90% with No Mortgage Insurance

AmeriCU Mortgage Company is pleased to announce its new mortgage loan program, exclusively to Credit Union’s and their members.

With its newest mortgage product AmeriCU gives Credit Union members the ability to avoid mortgage insurance with a minimum downpayment of 10%. This is a very unique program. Traditionally, all mortgages with less than a 20% down payment require costly mortgage insurance.

John Teweles, President of AmeriCU comments, “AmeriCU continues to establish its market leadership with its newest product feature-no mortgage insurance for conventional loans to 90%. Members nationwide are now able to obtain mortgage financing for purchasing or refinancing without costly mortgage insurance. Members will benefit from lower prdectible mortgage payments.

Credit Unions will now have a unique product to stand out from other mortgage providers in their communities.

We are pleased to offer this to Credit Unions on a correspondent, wholesale or outsource basis."    

This unique product is available on a 30 year fixed rate mortgage or an interest only option.
