Audio Program Explains Debt Relief Options

30 December 2006

The National Financial Awareness Network, a Dallas-based financial literacy company, is offering the “Choosing the Right Debt Elimination Option” audio portion from their popular Do-It-Yourself Debt Settlement Kit as a standalone product to help consumers learn more about different debt relief options and warn consumers against debt elimination scams.

The one-hour audio session explains accelerated debt repayment, debt consolidation, credit counseling, debt settlement and bankruptcy. A series of examples helps listeners grasp each option and understand the differences between them. Once the different options are explained, the instructor presents a debt decision tree exercise that listeners can do to determine which debt elimination option is best for their financial situation.

“Anyone who is unsure about how they should get themselves out of debt needs this program,” explained John Janney, president of NFAN. “People waste a lot of time and money on the wrong debt relief options and it is our hope that informative products like this one will help consumers make good decisions now instead of paying for bad decisions later.”

Because the track is taken from their popular Do-It-Yourself Debt Settlement Kit, NFAN is including a $25 coupon for customers who want to purchase the entire kit after listening to the “Choosing the Right Debt Elimination Option” audio program.

“We anticipate that when people listen to this one-hour program, they will want more,” Janney continued. “It just makes the choices so clear and gives people a method to sort through the different options.”
