Bank of America Prices $550 Million in Credit Card Asset-Backed Notes From the MBNA Credit Card Master Note Trust

Bank of America\'s MBNA America Bank, N.A. priced an offering of $550 million in credit card asset-backed notes from the MBNA Credit Card Master Note Trust.

The Class A (2006-2) consists of $550 million floating rate asset backed notes. The seven-year notes were priced at par and will accrue interest at 6 basis points over the one-month London Interbank Offered Rate (\"LIBOR\").

This offering, scheduled to close on March 7, 2006, was lead managed by Banc of America Securities LLC and co-managed by Credit Suisse.
