Bharosa Announces Latest Customer to Adopt Bharosa Universal Installation Option: Air Force Federal Credit Union

17 September 2006

Bharosa, Inc., a global provider of anti-fraud and authentication security solutions, today announced accelerated growth in new customer adoption of its Universal Installation Option (UIO). The Air Force Federal Credit Union is the latest among dozens of enterprises to have recently signed on to take advantage of Bharosa's UIO, an implementation option which enables an enterprise to reduce costs and accelerate deployment of online security solutions, for faster compliance with regulatory deadlines.

Bharosa's UIO, which the company unveiled in August, enables interoperability with existing information technology architectures and systems without integration, dramatically reducing deployment complexities. The Air Force Credit Union selected Bharosa for its capability to seamlessly install with Symitar applications. Many financial institutions also utilize the UIO for its ability to enable a turnkey deployment in conjunction with other online banking and business platforms.

"Traction with the UIO offering has been exceptionally strong, exceeding our expectations," said Thomas Varghese, president and CTO of Bharosa. "We've seen even broader customer adoption of this program than we anticipated, as customers recognized the value of a one-stop installation solution for a host of security and fraud-related applications."

Bharosa's UIO enables any industry-standard third-party or custom online business applications to be maintained seamlessly and quickly through the Bharosa implementation, without separate integration efforts. More information about Bharosa's UIO is available at www.bharosa.com.

About Bharosa

Bharosa is a global provider of proactive, real-time fraud detection and multifactor online authentication security solutions for the enterprise. Bharosa's Tracker product works behind the scenes to verify a host of factors used to confirm a user's identity, including the user's computer, location and online behavior. Tracker scores risk through a unique and proprietary "gated" security method and responds to risk in real time by increasing online security. Tracker offers strong asset and transaction authentication security that can be implemented without requiring any change to the online experience.

Another Bharosa enterprise product, Authenticator, protects sensitive authentication credentials data from Phishing, Trojans and Proxy-Based Fraud. Tracker and Authenticator together form the organization's most powerful weapon in the fight against online identity theft.

Bharosa, Inc. is a privately held company founded in May 2003 and headquartered in Santa Clara, California. More information is available at www.bharosa.com.
