Countrywide to Host Fixed Income Investor Forum at Calabasas Headquarters February 28, 2006

Countrywide Financial Corporation (NYSE: CFC) will host a Fixed Income Investor Forum at the Company's Calabasas, California headquarters on Tuesday, February 28, 2006. The Forum will feature presentations from various members of Countrywide's executive management team and is scheduled to begin at 8:30 am PST and conclude at 3:30 pm PST. The presentations at the Forum will focus the follow topics:
