Shawn Beard, a Loveland native, has opened a new mortgage business, Destiny Lending LLC. The company will operate out of office space at 4200 N. Garfield Avenue in Loveland. Beard has been providing mortgage services for approximately four years, and was previously with Rocky Mountain Home Mortgage. The firm has also earned the privilege of underwriting loans in house.
