Loan-Level MH ABS Data Now Available From Origen Financial20 January 2005
Origen announced today that it has made available loan level detail and additional pool performance information on the loans collateralizing its four publicly issued asset backed securitizations: 2001-A, 2002-A, 2004-A and 2004-B.
"As the only organization issuing new manufactured housing asset backed securities, we take very seriously the faith that investors put in us based on the superior quality of our loans, and the rigor with which we manage information relating to them. This has led us to set new standards for providing data about manufactured housing loans and their performance," said Mark Landschulz, Origen's EVP of Portfolio Management. "Origen has developed robust business information systems that leverage years of detailed historical loan performance to enhance our ongoing servicing efforts as well as improve credit decisions on new originations. Now we are sharing some of that information with the investors that make it possible."
Interested parties need only complete a two minute registration form to receive same day access to detailed information on the performance of Origen's ABS pools, and individual loans within those pools.
