In a speech entitled, Fighting Crime: The Right Tools are Needed, Raymond Protti, President and CEO of the Canadian Bankers Association, will speak to the Vancouver Board of Trade about the gaps in Canada's criminal justice framework and how these gaps impact businesses, individuals and the economy in British Columbia and across the country.
