Ownit Mortgage Solutions has strategically
expanded their wholesale origination footprint throughout the country,
adding new products, new offices, new volumes and new people. As they
continue to make investments in people, they are happy to announce Dan
Rawitch as the newest member of the Ownit Mortgage Solutions.
Dan will join Ownit in the capacity of Western Divisional Manager,
initially focusing on the strategic expansion of our California market. Dan
is an accomplished manager with a 20-year history in both the retail and
wholesale sides of mortgage banking. Prior to Ownit, Dan built several
retail origination platforms and owned a wholesale entity that focused on a
Strategic technological business model to the broker community. Most
recently Dan served as EVP of WMC Mortgage, playing a key role in their
successful national wholesale expansion.
