New Website Promises to Eliminate Debt

21 February 2006

DebtEliminater.com is a new website dedicated to helping folks eliminate debt and live debt free. The site has hundreds of articles with information from various authors on debt elimination, debt consolidation, credit card tips and tricks, and more.

Credit card companies and mortgage companies make it seem like we can not live without debt, but there are lots of people that carry no debt at all. Living debt free to many seems impossible, but it's not a new idea. Until the advent of modern mortgages and credit cards families would rarely go into debt for very long. A "mortgage burning party» turned up as a scene in many films from the 30's and 40's and even the 50's, but you don't seem them mentioned in modern films. Today mortgages are rarely paid off. It is more common for people to perpetually refinance to get more cash.

Bankruptcy is common these days with over 1.5 million people filing each year. It's a scenario that can and should be avoided. Bankruptcy ruins not only the credit of those going bankrupt but hurts merchants and lenders as well. These defaults are shared by everyone in the interest rates that lenders much charge.

Fortunately there are many techniques that can take a bite out of debt starting immediately. DebtEliminater.com was set up to allow people to learn about these techniques.

Is it possible to pay off a 30 year mortgage in 5 to 7 years or cut out credit card debt almost immediately? Believe it or not, the answer might be yes. It depends on each individual debtor's situation but there are methods to do both.

Should people use a debt counselor or debt reduction company? A debt counselor might be a good idea but there are traps. Articles on the site reveal all the debt reduction scams and inform the reader what to look out for.

Just a sample of some the article titles available are:

Ten Ways To Get Out Of Debt

Eight Ways to Consolidate Debt

There are hundreds more articles to choose from. Each article is written by a debt professional and access is free.
