Next Generation of the Business Capital Search Engine Released at BusinessFinance.com

6 September 2005

The business capital search engine at lets Capital Seekers select from 43 different funding programs within six funding categories: working capital, commercial finance, venture capital or investment funds, equipment leasing and financing, commercial real estate finance and government small business loans. Capital Seekers can first learn about all the funding programs that are available to them before they search.

The technology that the business capital search engine employs is that of matching the Capital Seekers to Funding Sources based upon the financing criteria of each source. The criteria consists of the Funding Source's financing requirements for things such as: time in business, gross annual revenue, industry type, asset types and values, loan to value ratios, geographic location, business entity types, credit scores and more. Therefore the results that a Capital Seeker receives give them the best opportunity to actually receive funding rather than just get a list.

BusinessFinance.com also provides Capital Seekers with a wealth of "How-To" information. There are free workbooks that teach Capital Seekers how to prepare and present a business funding request, how to get their company ready to be approved for a business loan, what going after venture capital or seeking angel investors is all about, how to build their business credit rating and how to separate their business credit from their personal credit.

BusinessFinance.com first launched in 1995 and is also known as America's Business Funding Directory. The site also allows business owners to search other extensive databases for resources to help their businesses grow. These resources include national directories of Chambers of Commerce, Trade Associations, Economic Development Commissions, Service Corps of Retired Executives, Small Business Development Centers and Business Information Centers.

The business capital search engine, the other business resource databases and the business how-to workbooks are all provided free of charge
