Plug & Pay Technologies announces Level 3 Purchasing card certification

Plug & Pay Technologies, Inc., one of the nation's leading secure Internet gateways, announced today that it has completed Purchasing Card Level 3 certification on the Paymentech Tampa credit card processing platform.
