SBA Disaster Loan Assistance Center Opens Monday, April 24 in Long Beach24 April 2006
The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) announces the opening of a new Disaster Loan Assistance Center in Long Beach. Victims that received damage from severe storms and flooding that occurred October 7 through October 26, 2005 are encouraged to visit the Center and complete an SBA disaster loan application. The Center located at Long Beach City Hall, 1 Chester Street, Long Beach, New York, opens Monday, April 24 and will remain open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. until further notice. Applications may be obtained, completed and returned to one of SBA Disaster Loan Assistance Centers or mailed to: U. S. The deadline for physical damage applications is May 22, 2006; the deadline for economic injury applications is December 22, 2006.
