SBA Disaster Loan Assistance Centers to Close Thursday, August 106 August 2006
The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) announces the closing of their Disaster Loan Assistance Centers in New Hampshire next week. SBA is urging disaster victims to visit the Centers, before they close Thursday, August 10: BELKNAP COUNTY Community Action of Belknap/Merrimack 2 Industrial Park Concord, NH 03302 HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY South NH Services, Inc. 160 Silver Street Manchester, NH 03103 ROCKINGHAM COMMUNITY Rockingham Community Action, Inc. Jedediah Brown Homestead 55 Prescott Road Raymond, NH 03077 STRAFFORD COUNTY Strafford County Community Action Center 150 Wakefield Street - #315 Rochester, NH 03867 The Centers will continue to operate from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m Monday, August 7 through Thursday, August 10, at which time they will cease operation at all locations at the close of business. "We want to express our thanks to the staff of the Community Action of Belknap/Merrimack in Belknap County, the South NH Services, Inc., in Hillsborough County, Rockingham Community Action, Inc., in Rockingham County and the Strafford County Community Action Center in Strafford County for providing the space for the Disaster Loan Assistance Centers. The many courtesies extended to our staff have been greatly appreciated," said Frank Skaggs, Director of SBA Field Operations Center East. Anyone unable to visit the Disaster Loan Assistance Centers may obtain an application by calling the SBA Customer Service Center at 1-800-659-2955 (for the hearing-impaired 1-800-877-8339), Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m. EDT. Business loan applications can also be downloaded from the SBA website at http://www.sba.gov/disaster. Completed applications should be returned to the Disaster Loan Assistance Centers or mailed to the: U.S. Small Business Administration, Processing and Disbursement Center, 14925 Kingsport Road, Ft. Worth, TX. 76155. The deadline for economic injury applications is February 26, 2007; the deadline for physical damage applications expired July 24, 2006.
