Sunrise Credit Services Chooses Experian's MetroNet(R) to Quickly Locate Skipped Accounts

12 July 2006

Experian(R), the global information solutions company, today announced that Sunrise Credit Services has selected Experian's MetroNet(R) to further enable its collection and recovery applications. A skip-tracing tool, MetroNet allows collection agencies and collection attorneys to accurately locate, sort and segment comprehensive data from a multitude of unique information sources to locate hard-to-find debtors on behalf of their clients.

"To help us meet our customer service goals and objectives, we needed a solution that would provide us with specific information in a quick, flexible interface. MetroNet does just that," said Richard G. Doane, president and CEO of Sunrise Credit Services. "The program offers high scalability at a reasonable cost, an important consideration for our family of businesses, and provides immediate results that enable us to quickly serve our customers with the right data to locate and contact consumers."

MetroNet employs unique locator technology to improve debt collection and recovery efforts. Utilizing a powerful and comprehensive database of 150 million households and 25 million businesses, the system enables users to track down accounts that are difficult to find, a growing issue for collection businesses as society becomes more mobile. MetroNet also allows users to search on a number of data points and provides multiple access options, including batch processing and an interactive Web-based interface.

"Experian's MetroNet tool was designed on a flexible platform, allowing collection agencies and businesses to easily integrate the solution into their account workflow management and skip-trace processing systems," said Kerry Williams, group president, Experian's Information Solutions group.

Experian will be demonstrating MetroNet in Booth #604 at ACA International's 67th Annual Convention and Expo in San Diego, Calif., July 9-12, 2006. For more information about Experian's collections products, please visit experian.com/collections or call 888 414 1120.
